The cottage has been recently renovated and perfectly set up for a comfortable stay whether you want to go out and enjoy the lovely Yarra valley or stay in to and cook a meal from local Yarra Valley produce. The open plan living and dining area opens onto a deck with amazing view over local mountains. There is lush front and back garden which captures year round Yarra Valley colours and includes a fig, olive, mandarin, lemon and kumquat tree - all of which you are welcome to pick when fruit is in season. The lounge room has two comfortable couches, split system air conditioner/heater, flat screen LCD TV with DVD player. There is also a Coonara fireplace for cold winter evenings. It has a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas cook top and oven and Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods provided. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom with separate toilet and laundry. The bedroom set ups are as follows
Room 1: queen bed
Room 2: two extra long singles that can be separated or joined into a queen bed
Room 3: bunk beds
All linen and towels included.
